“Annual Welcoming Service”The Welcoming Congregation Committee will present its annual service in which we celebrate the LGBTQ Community.  We promise a surprising, moving and memorable service.  We hope to see you all there!  Check out the Welcoming Blog !

SUMMER FAIR, Saturday, June 18th 8:30 am to 2:00pm
The 166th annual First Parish Church Fair will take place on Saturday,
June 18, from 8:30 am to 2 pm at the First Parish Unitarian Universalist
Church (842 Tremont Street/Route 3A next to Town Hall in Duxbury).
Food,  games, and thousands upon thousands of items at bargain prices
provide something of interest for all ages!  Highlights include a live
auction, antiques and collectibles, jewelry,books,plants, pony rides and face paining for the kids.  Join us for lunch, strawberry shortcake and musical entertainment under the lawn tent.
Admission and parking are free!  Come rain or shine.  From Route 3, take
exit 10 and go a little over 2 miles on Route 3A north.  For more

On Sunday May 15th, LynnMarie Rink, a five-time Grammy nominated performing artist and television professional, will be in the pulpit playing her diatonic button accordion and talking about her life. LynnMarie will draw on her recently published memoire in which she writes about her dysfunctional family, her alcoholic father, her struggles with depression, and her experience as the parent of a special needs child. LynnMarie’s music and message will encourage you, whatever may be troubling you, to “Wrap Your Heart Around It.” check out her website at lynnmarie.net
